VIRGINIE ROLLIN CENTER
"Good Mind, Good Life"
The Virginie Rollin Center is a network of psychotherapy centers in French-speaking Switzerland. With locations in Bulle and Fribourg, we bring together professionals around a shared ambition: to provide high-quality psychotherapeutic care within a supportive, stimulating and collaborative working environment.
Founded by Virginie Rollin, a psychotherapist with more than 20 years of clinical experience, the center was built around a simple belief: in order to provide the best possible care to patients, professionals also need to work in an environment where they feel supported, connected and free to develop their own practice.
We therefore place great importance on autonomy, while ensuring that everyone can rely on a team, managers and experienced professionals whenever support is needed.

OUR CULTURE
At the Virginie Rollin Center, we aim to create an environment where clinical excellence, autonomy, kindness and collaboration go hand in hand.
CLINICAL CARE
The quality of care provided to our patients is at the heart of our work and guides the development of our centers.
SUPPORT
No one should have to manage a complex situation alone. We want every professional to have access to support, advice and guidance from colleagues, managers and supervisors whenever needed.
AUTONOMY
We trust our professionals and encourage everyone to develop their own clinical practice, take initiative and progressively strengthen their autonomy.
COLLABORATION
We place real importance on communication and exchange between colleagues. Our meetings, clinical supervision and opportunities for discussion allow us to share experiences, learn from one another and build a genuine team dynamic.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
We want to support our professionals throughout their careers. This includes clinical supervision and knowledge sharing, as well as financial support for training and the development of new skills.
The Virginie Rollin Center continues to evolve and grow. We want to build this future together with the professionals who join us and give everyone the opportunity to find their place and grow within our network.
OUR OPPORTUNITIES
We regularly recruit:
\- Psychologists completing postgraduate training in psychotherapy
\- Qualified psychotherapists
\- Partner psychiatrists
\- Other professionals interested in contributing to the development of our mental health services
Whether you are at the beginning of your professional journey or already have extensive experience, we are above all looking for people who share our vision of practicing psychotherapy in an environment that combines high clinical standards with a genuinely human approach to working together.
