I cannot judge this, as I hardly know this company as an applicant.
This could be improved
The interview made an unprofessional impression. A clear interview process was completely lacking and therefore seemed chaotic and only critical questions were asked. The applicant's answers were not taken seriously. The general behavior of the interviewers also came across as disrespectful and unfriendly.
Suggestions for improvement:
