More appreciation. Make wage adjustments. Promote employees and praise them individually. Finally take turnover rate seriously!!! Do not look for excuses, but deal with it.

Direct supervisor gets 5* Appreciation there, lots of trust and ownership. GL max. 2* No appreciation, discussions pointless! Internally there is a lot of blasphemy. At the moment I would not recommend the company to any of my friends, but I hope that it will not stay that way.
