This works well in the company

Work schedules are generally flexible, allowing employees to organize their hours effectively. The products themselves are interesting—anyone interested in drones or robotics will find the work appealing. Remote work is possible when the nature of the role allows it. Regular social events—such as monthly team gatherings and casual after-work drinks—help foster a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, though these occur outside regular working hours.

This could be improved

Company-wide changes in recent years affected team morale, and the overall sense of stability can vary. Some managers could benefit from further training in team coordination, organization, and people management; technical expertise does not always translate to leadership skills. While the company promotes a “flat hierarchy,” employees sometimes take on additional responsibilities without formal promotions. Leadership positions are occasionally filled by external hires, which can limit advancement opportunities for internal staff. Communication from leadership about major decisions, such as restructuring or strategy, can sometimes be unclear or limited. Long-term contributions of employees are not always formally recognized, which can affect engagement and motivation.

This works well in the company

Innovative products, an international focus and a motivated team. The company offers interesting learning opportunities, especially for career starters.

This could be improved

I see particular potential for improvement in the realistic scheduling and time planning of projects, the complete and transparent recording of working and travel times and the further development of leadership skills in middle management. More clear structures and a consistent approach to health issues would also contribute to employee satisfaction.
