In EcoLogic, I can realize myself very well. The hierarchy is extremely flat. The atmosphere in the company is very good, great employees. People help each other. We have great customers who suit us - so it's fun to work. The salary is probably a bit lower than in the banking sector, but we are allowed to work in shorts ;-)
