Culture & management: In my opinion, the original founding culture has faded into the background following numerous changes in management. I have noticed that innovations—especially in the area of digitalization—are difficult to implement in some departments. My impression is that this is often due to a strong preference for long-established processes, which hinders progress.
Dealing with employees: In my experience, critical opinions or constructive counterproposals are less appreciated than loyal agreement with the management's line. In my perception, promotions are linked more to adaptability than to innovative strength. Personally, I have found the attitude of the management and the HR department to be somewhat unappreciative and stressful, especially towards new team members.
Working atmosphere: In my observation, new ideas from outside the company are often viewed with skepticism, which makes it difficult to integrate new colleagues. I also have the impression that internal problems are not always dealt with openly, but rather kept under wraps internally.
