I applied for the position as an administrative talent and quickly received an invitation to a personal interview. The job advertisement emphasized that this employer offers a particularly appreciative and empathetic working environment. During my visit to the company, I gained a positive impression. The managing director told me that he would contact me the next day to follow up. To my surprise, however, I received a standardized rejection letter that did not mention his name and made no personal reference to my application. This contradicts the appreciative environment that was emphasized in the job advertisement and casts a shadow on the overall impression of the company.

The working atmosphere at our company is very pleasant. You always have the opportunity to actively contribute, feedback is not only heard but also put into practice. As an employee, you have a lot of freedom, especially when it comes to lesson design, new materials and course ideas. It is really appreciated when you make suggestions for improvement. At AsFam Training and Education, I get the feeling of really making a difference and giving back to people. The participants of the courses are at the center with their concerns and needs. The boss is great, he always has an open ear and treats all employees with great appreciation. It is very pleasant to work with him. (to work with everyone, even the admin is always there to help and advise). Here the focus is on the person.
