Pro Team wirken rund 10 Mitarbeitende aus Pflege- und Sozialberufen mit und gestalten die professionelle und interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit. Dialogos als überschaubare Institution, bietet nebst guter öffentlicher Anbindung, eine wunderschöne Arbeitsumgebung.
