Unfortunately, opportunities for employee development are very limited and seem to be concentrated among just a few people. Overall, there is a lack of innovation and an open culture for new ideas. The management style is very hierarchical, which limits opportunities for initiative and participation and makes them available mainly to a select few employees. In addition, working overtime is often expected without adequate compensation.
