Despite the overall very positive experience, I see room for improvement in internal communication and process transparency, as some procedures could be coordinated more clearly and quickly.

To date, there has not been a single day when I would have preferred to stay at home. I particularly appreciate the teamwork and communication among colleagues. As a master craftsman, I am more of a career changer in construction management, but I feel that my practical experience is highly valued by my colleagues, especially in management. Here, I can contribute and play a significant role in the company's success.
