The foundation is not modern! The schools are not barrier free, as well as most of the stores. The UNCRPD (Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities) is not an issue, no implementation. This foundation has 200 learners with disabilities! Solution-oriented leadership a foreign word, who wants to live it, must go or is gone. Little retreat for the learners if any. The learners are not really taken seriously. Also demands of the learners, which are legitimate, are not answered. Unfortunately a place that is not recommended to work. The management has not approved ramps and this x times. Why do such foundations get money if they are not barrier free in any form! Go with the wheelchair in the bakery, school ect.! A good idea the model but wrong people in the leadership who do not want to implement the UN CRPD.

There are many freedoms if you do your work well. At the moment the new concept of the vegan bakery is also starting very well. So you can see it is going with the times and the customers. I am very satisfied with the job and would recommend it to others.
