This works well in the company
The company seems to be structured in a very unprofessional way. The sales department comes across as an outbound call center. The offices also look very old and run-down. A few people there were very friendly, though!

Very nice people, you get a warm welcome, but unfortunately I don't get far with niceness when I'm looking for a job. After the unprofessionalism I experienced, I wouldn't give any positive feedback about the company.
This could be improved
More transparency, a lot of things are only told afterwards because there may be a lack of courage. For example, you are called to an interview where two or three mathematical tasks are set but it has never been communicated (the tasks were very simple, yet no communication) The "good pay" is not so good in comparison. Very old-fashioned offices.
