Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience with Remonta AG.

The work environment feels very unfriendly and tense. Especially for new employees, the pressure is very high from the start, rather than being properly trained and supported. Another problem, in my opinion, is the leadership. Some supervisors seem inexperienced in dealing with employees. I also often had the impression that people were talking behind other employees’ backs, which creates an unpleasant atmosphere within the team. Overall, I didn’t feel valued there. I hope that the work environment and leadership improve in the future.
