For our customer, we are looking for an experienced ALM / Treasury Manager to strengthen the team.

Your job

Operational management of interest rate and liquidity risks in the Treasury banking book

Sustainable safeguarding of interest income from the Treasury Profit Center

Management of the financial asset portfolio as part of the liquidity reserve and to optimize earnings

Close monitoring of developments on the financial and capital markets and conclusion of interest rate risk hedges (e.g. interest rate swaps)

Compliance with internal risk limits (zero tolerance) and auditable preparation of hedge documentation

Your profil

University degree (university / university of applied sciences) in banking, finance, economics or natural sciences
Further training such as CFA or FRM is an advantage
Several years of professional experience in the field of asset liability management and treasury as a risk manager
In-depth knowledge of bank balance sheets, financial markets, financial products (IRS, bonds) and banking regulations
Strong analytical skills, precise way of working and a high level of assertiveness
High social skills (ability to work in a team) as well as very good communication skills in German and English (company language is German)
