Our client is looking for a (Junior) Relationship Manager focusing on the Swiss market, addressing external asset managers, family offices and institutional clients. Our client is looking for a team-oriented self-starter who displays initiative and a positive attitude, a high level of integrity, drive and motivation to develop Institutional market opportunities

 Key responsibilities

• Identifies and cultivates prospects and/or clients
• Initiates and follows up on new business opportunities
• Leads new business meetings and closes sales to investors
• Leverages the organization’s relationship with existing accounts by developing and executing proactive, creative, and ongoing contact initiative
• Acts as a liaison to the investment management groups to ensure active, enthusiastic support of the sales and marketing process
• Collaborates with Marketing team on product and sales materials to ensure they are current and focused for the applicable presentation, conference, or opportunity

Professional qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant Asset Management sales expertise
• High level of self-initiative, with strong integrity and ethics
• Strong interpersonal, listening, and writing skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Entrepreneurial spirit that is willing to take on additional responsibilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required. MBA/ CFA preferred but not required.
• Language skills: German (fluent), English (fluent)
