The Position
At Roche, we enhance patient benefits through innovative data analytics in Pharma Technical Operations (PT). Our PT Digital and Operational Excellence (PTE) team drives digital and lean operations globally, empowering our people with data and scaling advanced solutions.
Join PTE's international manufacturing team to focus on delivering key digital solutions across Roche’s network. We seek a motivated master’s student for an internship to build up and deploy the communication strategy for the manufacturing cluster, and to support hands-on product owners in the deployment of digital products. This is a unique chance to contribute to Roche's digital transformation.
In this position you will
- Learn about cutting edge technologies that enable efficiency increases in a manufacturing environment
- Learn how to communicate effectively and engage a broad range of stakeholders to move them to action
- Under supervised training and mentoring, gradually assume responsibility for agreed tasks (which may include: accountability for PTE manufacturing cluster communication strategy and deployment, hands on support to digital product owners in the deployment of digital use cases)
- Be part of a dynamic and autonomous group of digital product owners, that drive the delivery and scale of key data & digital solutions in support of our vision
- Collaboratively design and execute communication initiatives to support the deployment of ongoing use cases
Who you are
You are a motivated and ambitious student who is currently enrolled in a Master program in life sciences, business administration or engineering with a strong appetite for digital transformations and communications management
Moreover, you are
- You are experienced with communication techniques and solutions, evidencing great levels of creativity and out of the box thinking
- Have a basic understanding of life science manufacturing process
- Able to manage multiple requests and priorities and willingness to learn new techniques
- Strategic and analytical thinking, display interest and demonstrate digital curiosity
- Proficient in English with good communication skills both written and oral, German is a plus
