We, EOS – world market leader for industrial 3D printing, are looking for you to support our Service Team in the southwest of Switzerland – mainly in the Lausanne Area.

Your Mission

  • You install, maintain, repair and troubleshoot our complex industrial 3D printers at our customer on-site.
  • Besides, you are also a competent and reliable partner for our clients when you provide system introduction and basic trainings.
  • Your area of responsibility doesn't stop with personal contact: You also advise customers and colleagues on the phone to pass on your knowledge.
  • Your development in the role will include participation in intensive in-house trainings at our headquarters in Germany.
  • You consult and support customers when it comes to service cases and the handling of complicated incidents through escalation management.

Your Talents

  • Certification within electrical / mechanical engineering or a similar apprenticeship
  • Experience as Field Service Technician for complex industrial machines
  • A car driving license
  • Willingness to travel within EMEA regions
  • Excellent French and good English language skills
