About us Guardex offers secure hosting for Abacus payroll accounting in a cutting-edge sovereign cloud compliant with Swiss standards. Our goal: to provide our clients with secure and optimised management of their HR and payroll processes. We are looking for an expert capable of supporting this digital transformation, with full proficiency in French, German and English.

Your responsibilities

• Implementation and Configuration: Deploy Abacus in a secure cloud environment, ensuring seamless integration of the system with company processes.
• Consulting and Support: Provide quality support to clients, adapting functionalities to the specific needs of businesses.
• Collaboration & Project Management: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams on concrete and diverse projects, ensuring rigorous follow-up.
• Mobility: Operate on-site with occasional travel in French-speaking Switzerland (position based in Lausanne).

Your profile

• Technical and Functional Expertise: Higher degree in computer science, engineering or a related technical field. Proven experience in ERP project management and mastery of Abacus applications for HR and payroll.
• Recent Knowledge: Good understanding of hosted environments and sovereign cloud requirements, as well as strict data security standards.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in French, German and English, essential for interacting with an international clientele.
• Personal Qualities: Structured approach, rigour and a service mindset to provide pragmatic and tailored solutions.
