Job Description

• Prepare and publish social media posts on our channels LinkedIn and Instagram
• Follow-up post results and prepare reportings
• Prepare content for various channels: social media, website, newsletter, intranet 
• Prepare and launch internal communications
• Prepare presentations and PowerPoints
• English content writing for various channels
• Design flashcards, banners and cards for internal and external purpose, in alignment with our graphic design guidelines
• Photo shooting execution and Video recording incl. editing for local campaigns
• Propose and organize internal challenges, events and games to animate the Swiss community
• Update our digital channels: intranet & website
• Responsibility of branded goodie stock and management in our offices
• Support event organization (research, planification and logistics)
• Collect and adapt information from various experts and colleagues (new joiners communications)
• Management of internal campaigns about CSR (mainly around sustainability and diversity & inclusion)

Your Profile

• Enrolled to a Bachelor’s / Master program in Communication and /or Marketing
• You consider yourself as a positive, creative personality with a can-do attitude
• You are an excellent communicator with a natural talent for negotiation and eager to learn and develop in a multicultural environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interest in digital content, online publishing, and social media
• Knowledge of CMS
• Knowledge of Canva Pro and Adobe Suite (Premiere, InDesign, photoshop) is a strong plus • Hands-on, proactive, eager to learn and further develop
• First experience in Communication & Marketing field is required
• Experience in IT is not mandatory but would be an advantage
• Excellent English content writing skills, reviewing and proof-reading of English content for various channels, additional German and French skills would be a plus
