Your responsibilities
- Support the month-end financial closing process for Bucherer operations
- Automate existing reporting processes to improve efficiency and data accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and insights
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities for Bucherer divisions
- Analyze financial performance and variances against targets
- Prepare financial models and scenario analyses to support decision-making
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards for performance monitoring
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and provide insights to management
Your skills
- Bachelor's degree in Controlling, Accounting, or Chartered Specialist in Accounting and Financial Management
- First experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting (1-2 years)
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems)
- Experience with automation tools and processes (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Prior experience in retail finance or related industry preferred
- Fluent expression in German and English (both spoken and written)
