For the fixed-term support from January to August 2027 of our Group Finance team, we are looking for an experienced finance professional who provides valuable decision-making foundations for the management and key stakeholders of the Bucherer Group.

Your role with us

• Support of the monthly closing process as well as preparation of management reports and performance analyses
• Participation in budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning at group level
• Advising managers through sound financial analyses, recommendations for action and decision-making bases
• Responsibility for marketing controlling including budget planning, expenditure monitoring, ROI analyses and campaign evaluations
• Management of investment controlling with a focus on business cases, investment analyses and success controls
• Further development and automation of reporting and planning processes as well as support for strategic projects and ad-hoc analyses

Your profile

• Completed studies in controlling, accounting, finance or a comparable further education in finance
• Several years of experience in FP&A, controlling, finance business partnering or corporate finance
• Experience in retail, luxury goods or consumer goods environment is an advantage
• Sound understanding of budgeting, forecasting, reporting as well as marketing and investment controlling
• Very good knowledge of Excel as well as experience with Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or comparable reporting tools
• Strong analytical skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented working style
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
