CAN YOU MAKE THE AUTHENTIC TANDOORI DISHES. CAN YOU MAKE THE BEST TANDOORI CHICKEN??
- Specialized in preparing tandoori items.
- Ability to prepare sauces and curry preparation
- Must be able to prepare breads and meats in the Tandoor (Indian style clay oven) oven
- Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities
- Garnishing and presentation of food and in new cooking techniques
- Plan menus, Ensure quality of food and portion control,
- Proficient with Tandoori-BBQ specialty equipment
- Develop new menu options based on seasonal changes and customer demand.
- Assist with the preparation and planning of meal designs.
- Recruit and train new kitchen employees to meet restaurant and kitchen standards.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Experienced (min 5+ years in a well reputed restaurant or hotel) and Qualified (preferably a diploma or a degree in Hospitality)

A commitment to work for a minimum of two years at our restaurants here in Switzerland is expected

Sound knowledge of the Indian speciality cuisine (especially Tandoor cuisine) and Indian cooking techniques in Tandoor oven.

Additional Language of German would be preferred
