TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support with digital marketing activities
• Supporting projects that affect the entire Michel Reybier Group 
• Maintaining and updating our websites with regular image and text updates, publishing new offers and news
• SEO optimization
• Coordinating the implementation of our digital strategy with internal and external partners
• Help creating newsletters, and reporting on the success of our marketing strategies in collaboration with our digital team

 QUALIFICATIONS & MINDSET

• Strong interest in the hotel industry 
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills, French is a plus
• Good organizational and prioritization skills (task management) 
• Proactive team member who shows initiative 
• Experience with content management systems (bonus, not required) 
• Open, communicative personality with entrepreneurial spirit.
• Agile and independent in their work approach, posses a start-up mindset and be solution-oriented with an "I can do it attitude".
• Team player with good time and self-management skills and always willing to help their colleagues in the team for overall success.

Ideally, the candidate should also have an education in marketing and some initial work experience, preferably in the hotel or tourism industry, luxury sector, or agencies.
