We are seeking a Technical Service engineer for YES-EU Switzerland AG.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop our battery high voltage and bus service in Switzerland.
• Daily maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of buses and batteries.
• Responsible for spare parts management and distributor management.
• The main place of work will be near the canton of Obwalden in Switzerland, but it will also be requested to travel abroad as needed.

Qualifications:

• Solid experience from the car, truck or bus industry. Other relevant experience from, for example, industry may also be relevant.
• Carry out effective quality work according to the manufacturer's and importer's guidelines.
• Preferably a technical background and knowledge of the industry's requirements and standards.
• Ensure high quality of our own work and a long-term good relationship with our customers.
• Is independent, flexible and has "willingness"
• Can show good results and has good collaboration skills.
• Is positive about and curious about the changes taking place in the industry and the profession.
• A structured and organized approach to work, while maintaining a positive and inclusive working environment.
• Good communication skills and a solution-oriented attitude, with the ability to handle challenges in a constructive way.
• Advantage with knowledge of battery technology and the transport sector.
• Driver’s license class B.
• English and German speaking is a must.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate, inspire and lead a team with different backgrounds and skills.
