We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our newly formed Business Architecture team as a (Senior) Business Architect. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our business architecture and vision. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, particularly with IT, to define and realize our omnichannel architecture vision. Tasks:

• Define the business capabilities, particularly along customer journeys, to enhance the understanding of critical capabilities required for an optimal customer experience and the Sunrise's omnichannel vision
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive capability portfolio, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and objectives
• Collect, maintain and foster a deep understanding of business processes, modeling them to identify areas of improvement and efficiency gains
• Collaborate with IT to define and articulate the omnichannel architecture vision, considering scalability, flexibility, and integration requirements and evaluate adequate tools / technologies that support this vision
• Engage with key stakeholders to understand business needs and challenges, translating them into effective business architecture solutions
• Own and drive the change management process, ensuring the successful adoption of new business architecture practices within the organization

Requirements:

• University degree (Bachelor/Master) in Business Administration, IT, or related field with 5 years' experience as a Business Architect or similar role
• Experience in leading change management initiatives and driving organizational adoption of new practices
• In-depth knowledge of business architecture frameworks, methodologies, and best practices, along with a strong understanding of omnichannel architecture principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business needs into effective architecture solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling engagement with stakeholders at all levels
• English is a must, German / Italian / French nice to have
