Technical skill set:
- Excellent ability to identify abstractions
- 2-3 years of project experience with object-oriented programming in J2EE/EJB
- First experience with model-driven methodologies (MDA, MDD and/or DSM)
- Experience in UML, Use Case Modeling and Design Patterns
- Experience with Eclipse
