Overview:
The HR Business Partner works closely with the Leaders in his/her countries to ensure People agenda and country regulation is implemented. Supporting the entire HR Life-Cycle and assisting managers and employees are part of the daily task of the HR Business Partner.
Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact for business leaders, line managers and employees of the assigned areas (Switzerland and Italy)
Partner with management to provide HR guidance on talent management, organizational & leadership development, annual HR Processes, and employee engagement (professional HR support for the employee-life-cycle)
Execution of the entire recruitment process
Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, offering expert advice and solutions on a range of HR matters, from performance management to compliance with local labor laws
Drive change management processes to support the organization's evolving needs, ensuring effective communication and transition strategies
Responsible for or involved in global and local HR projects
Participation in HR projects and continuous development of HR processes and procedures.
Support in the introduction and implementation of new HR systems, tools, instruments, etc.
Qualifikationen:
Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position in a European environment
Knowledge of Swiss labor law and social security
Knowledge about Italy is beneficial
Dynamic personality with pragmatic and solution-oriented approach to work
High social competence as well as customer and service orientation
Enthusiasm and motivation
Ability to promote and develop employees and teams
Willingness to travel
Fluent oral and written German and English is a must
Additional (major) European languages would be an asset
