Your role and responsibilities

Plan and implement facility maintenance, testing, and inspection schedules, fostering a safe and efficient environment for the facility team, reducing the risk of failures, and meeting statutory obligationsSupervise and manage both soft and hard service operations within the buildingGuarantee proper maintenance, inspection, and testing of all fire safety equipment and systems, maintaining accurate records of these activitiesMaintain compliance certificates records up to dateEnsure security solutions and services adhere to ABB security standards for the facility/premisesEfficiently manage Real Estate facilities and services to optimize energy usage across buildings and sites, conducting assessments and suggesting energy-saving solutions as necessaryUphold safety control measures in all activities to mitigate and eliminate hazards and risks

Qualifications for the role

  • Seeking candidates with extensive experience in Facility/Asset Management within the manufacturing sector, adept at Project Management and ensuring compliance with HSE Swiss regulations while collaborating with external partners
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Project Management, Sustainability practices, and a deep understanding of the mechanical/electrical assembly industry market
  • Familiarity with standard software platforms essential for efficient operations
  • Strong communication skills and a proven ability to work effectively within teams
  • Technical background required, preferably with a degree in electricity
  • Fluency in Italian, English, and German languages preferred, providing added value to multinational collaboration
  • Preference for candidates holding a current Swiss factory Electrician diploma
