We are looking for an experienced executive assistant to support one of our Senior Executive and Traders based at our headquarters in Baar. If you have a passion for well-structured work in a dynamic and fast past environment, this is the ideal role for you. This position involves additional responsibility for supporting a small number of functional leaders.

Executive Assistant

The main tasks and responsibilities

  • Organization of meetings, conferences and events as well as arranging and coordinating schedules
  • Facilitating travel arrangements including flight schedules, visa requirements, accommodation and transfer bookings for the functional leads and for visitors as required
  • Preparation of regular reports, such as expenses, minutes of meetings and communication materials
  • General administrative duties such as invoice management and processing, preparing memos and other correspondence
  • Management of schedules and calendars
  • Fielding incoming and outgoing telephone calls and correspondence such as mail
  • Maintenance of certain databases

Minimum requirements

  • A solid educational background
  • Demonstrated previous experience working in Administration in an international and multicultural environment
  • Fluent in English (corporate language) and native speaker level in German
  • Holding a Swiss work permit or passport holder of CH / EU
