For our Software Development team in Oetwil am See (canton Zurich), we are looking for a motivated

In this function, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining our 3DX™ Blade Platform. We value a hands-on approach and a “get things done” mindset and the ability to work creatively and solve complex problems. As a Senior Android Developer, you interact with different internal stakeholders to design and implement high quality software.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain Android applications for drone navigation and control
Integrate the DJI Mobile SDK (and similar SDKs) to deliver reliable flight and mission control
Provide technical support to drone pilots during field operations
Drive a product from concept to customer release, contributing to the entire software development lifecycle – from planning and design to testing and deployment

About You

5+ years of professional experience in Android development
University degree in Engineering or similar
Hands-on experience with the DJI Mobile SDK or comparable control SDKs for robotics
Proven track record of delivering production-ready software
Strong understanding of geospatial reasoning and spatial data
Willingness to provide 3rd level support to drone pilots in the field
Fluent in English, German is a plus
C#/.NET programming experience is a plus
