In order to strengthen our Data, Business Intelligence and Artificial Intelligence department based in Neuchâtel, we are recruiting a talented
The mission of the department is to drive digital transformation within our Watch & Perfumes Business Units, creating cutting-edge internal applications that support our global operations.
Reporting directly to our Data, Business Intelligence and AI Director, your role is critical in developing and maintaining sophisticated web applications that power our business intelligence and AI initiatives. You will bring technical expertise, creative problem-solving skills, and a passion for luxury and technology.
You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, and have at least 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer. Your expertise includes working with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms such as Azure or Google Cloud. You are highly proficient in PHP, especially with the Laravel framework, and possess expert-level knowledge of JavaScript, Vue.js, HTLM, and CSS.
With a strong background in database design and optimization, you are skilled in version control using Git and collaborative development platforms. You have an extensive experience with Agile Scrum methodology and project management tools, and a solid understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. You can manage multiple projects simultaneously, including strategic ones involving top management, and handle high workloads with resilience to stress. You excel at prioritizing tasks and dealing with ambiguity.
Familiarity with business intelligence tools and data visualization libraries such as Power BI, as well as experience with AI/ML integration in web applications, are also beneficial. Knowledge of other JS frameworks (React, Angular), PHP frameworks (Symphony), and experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) are considered valuable assets for this position.
Known for your attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills, you are fluent in both French and English, with Italian being an additional advantage.
