Line responsibility for the Design Organization and the Production Organization with more than 30 people and growing

Leading a multidisciplinary engineering team through the entire aircraft design cycle, which includes concept definition, specification, design, integration, testing, validation, and certification

Oversee design processes, including interdisciplinary alignment, optimization, and validation

Support, coordinate and facilitate the interface between Design, Production and Sales

Lead and oversee quality initiatives in development and production

Drive organizational development including supply chain management & quality management

Manage relationships with key suppliers

Oversee project portfolio of all product development and production related projects

Take responsibility in technical feasibility discussions with customers

Coach team members, e.g., the Head of Design Organization and the Head of Production
