Your varied range of tasks essentially includes:
- Professional and practical support of apprentices in control cabinet construction and production
- Deployment planning of apprentices in the various production areas according to the training plan
- Organization and coordination of the entire training process in cooperation with team leaders, the head of vocational training & HR
- Conducting status assessments, performance evaluations and feedback discussions
- Conducting inter-company courses
- Organization and supervision of trial apprenticeships as well as internship assignments at partner companies
What we expect from you:
- Completed vocational training as an automation technician (specializing in control cabinet construction), or similar training
- Professional experience in control system construction
- Interest & willingness to further education in the field of vocational training
- Enjoy working with young people
- Good MS Office skills
- Resilient, flexible and team-oriented personality
- Careful, independent and reliable working style
