Task:
Professional, personnel and organisational management of the care and support team in close collaboration with the two co-team leaders. Ensuring and further developing the comprehensive, high-quality care for the best possible individual support of the residents. Responsibility for the economical use of personnel and material resources. Managing the care and support documentation BESA Doc. Educational responsibility in collaboration with the two trainers and main responsibility for the training and further education of the Care & Support area. Solution-oriented collaboration especially with the Head of Hospitality & Catering as well as with the home doctor. Deputising for the centre management and taking on various administrative and representative tasks (e.g. creating and changing duty rosters, preparing time sheets, presence at holiday events, on weekends and at external training and events).
Requirements:
Diploma in nursing HF / FH or recognised by the SRK. Experience and expertise in gerontology as well as palliative care (desirable). Leadership training and experience as well as pronounced professional, self and social competence. Conceptual and organisational skills, networked thinking and basic business knowledge. Flexibility, resilience, empathy and a high degree of responsibility. Pronounced social and communicative skills and a winning manner. Very good German skills (spoken and written) and willingness to take on administrative tasks. Proficient in MS Office and care and planning applications (GeoCon).
