WHAT OUR TRAINEE PROGRAM CONSISTS OF

During your District Manager Trainee program, you will independently manage a branch for 1 to 1.5 years. At the same time, you will receive theoretical and practical training preparing you to take on the role of District Manager. As a District Manager, you will be responsible for a district with several store managers.

• You already have several years of management experience in retail (or a similar sector)
