Mittelland-Personal AG has focused since its foundation in 2005 on permanent placement for customers from the manufacturing industry throughout the Mittelland region.

For our client from the Zofingen region, we are looking for support in the form of a

Responsible Customer Service (m/f/d) 80 - 100 %

Your tasks:

• First-level support by telephone as well as analysis of technical faults on 5-axis machining centres
• Independent planning, coordination and professional supervision of service technicians before and during service assignments
• Coordination of technical solutions with customers, internal specialist departments and suppliers
• Regular technical optimisation of drive systems and machine functions
• Systematic fault finding on electrical components as well as in machine control and software
• Active participation in and continuous optimisation of service processes

Your profile:

• Completed training as a polymechanic, automation technician, electronics technician or in a comparable technical profession - supplemented by several years of professional experience in automation or mechanical engineering or further training in automation, systems technology or electrical engineering (e.g. technician HF)
• Professional experience in the manufacturing industry
• Sound PLC knowledge in mechanical or machine tool engineering
• Experience with Heidenhain and/or Siemens controls
• Good IT and computer skills; know-how and knowledge from commercial software development
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact and solving demanding technical challenges
• Independent, solution-oriented and structured way of working
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good English and/or French skills
