For our subsidiary KUHN UND BIERI AG, we are looking for a Sales Manager Healthcare
Your Tasks
Sales is your passion – especially when it comes to products that create real value in healthcare? Then take responsibility for our field sales and actively shape the sales process. In this role, you will lead a dedicated field sales team, manage your own customer base, control sales-relevant processes and KPIs, and coach your employees specifically towards sales success.
Overall responsibility for the professional and personnel management as well as the further development of the three-person field sales team
Budget management for the entire sales department (revenue, profit, and costs)
Management of the object business with a focus on bed supply, patient positioning, and whole-body UV therapy
Care and expansion of your own customer base (strategic major customers) as a Senior Key Account Manager
Further development and refinement of the sales strategy as well as definition and monitoring of sales targets
Deriving concrete measures, implementation within the organization, and monitoring of the sales plan
Ensuring a success-oriented support of the existing customer base (consultation, sales) and a profit-oriented sale of the product portfolio
Conducting market and customer analyses
Responsibility for sales controlling (key figures, KPIs, reporting)
Close cooperation and coordination with the head of internal sales, team leader of technical service, and team leader of purchasing
Active participation in corporate development (including strategy, medium-term planning, process management) and its concrete implementation in the organization at all levels
Maintaining contacts with competitors, market companions, and key suppliers
Your Profile
Business administration degree and/or sales-specific training (e.g., graduation from a university of applied sciences or federal diploma in sales management)
Several years of sales experience in healthcare including leadership skills with concrete proof of success
Outgoing personality with a convincing appearance and pronounced negotiation skills at all internal and external levels
Initiative, entrepreneurial thinking and acting person with quick comprehension
Analytical skills combined with a flair for numbers for a success-oriented controlling and reporting
Willingness for intensive (approx. 70%) travel activity (throughout Switzerland)
SME affinity with the will to co-design ongoing corporate (further) development
Very good IT skills: MS Office, MS Dynamics 365 BC
Very good German and French language skills in spoken and written form
