Construction Foreman / Forewoman Garden and Landscape Construction (EFZ with Further Training)

ORGANISE, COORDINATE, CONTROL.
You are trained and further trained in garden and landscape construction and ready to independently manage demanding projects from A to Z? You can expect varied tasks, plenty of creative freedom, progressive employment conditions and a collegial team that works together – WELCOME!
Here is what you will do
- Independent planning, organisation and construction management of new installations and modifications in the field of garden and landscape construction
- Carrying out a clean construction process planning including work preparation, material ordering, personnel management and billing
- Consultation, quotation management and calculation
- Cost, quality and deadline control
- Support in the training of our apprentices
These are your skills and strengths
- Completed basic training as a gardener EFZ, specialising in garden and landscape construction (GaLaBau)
- Completed further training (e.g. federal specialist certificate, gardener technician HF) or a clear perspective towards a federal diploma (master gardener)
- Several years of practical experience and in-depth expertise in garden and landscape construction
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as a confident, customer-oriented manner
- Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop employees
