• Technical and personnel management of the mechanical assembly specialist unit
• Ensuring an efficient, high-quality and timely assembly process
• Planning, controlling and continuous optimisation of workflows and resources
• Leadership, promotion and further development of employees
• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and production requirements
• Close cooperation with the departments of production, logistics, engineering and quality
• Participation in and management of improvement projects to increase efficiency and productivity
• Promoting a positive, solution-oriented team culture as well as cross-departmental collaboration

• Technical basic training with further education in mechanics, production and leadership
• Several years of experience in precision mechanical assembly and system construction
• Strong understanding of industrial production and assembly processes
• Proven leadership personality with enthusiasm for employee management and development
• High social competence, communication skills and team orientation
• Entrepreneurial mindset with drive, implementation strength and a pronounced hands-on mentality
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Confident handling of ERP systems and common MS Office applications
