In the northeast of Switzerland, the name Rotz has stood for nearly 50 years for expertise around cars, customer proximity, and innovation. Now the family is opening a new chapter and is expanding the well-known location into a unique gem. A restaurant with a show kitchen and bar, banquet, event and seminar rooms for up to 400 people, as well as an extended self-check-in hotel with private spa suites will be newly created.

For this exciting project, we are looking for a committed personality with a host’s heart and lots of energy in their blood!

This is your chance to help shape this gastronomic beacon! For the ongoing operation of the multifaceted casual fine dining restaurant Cabrio, as well as for catering at great events, elegant celebrations and other exciting culinary presentations, we are immediately seeking a:

On-Call Bar and Buffet Staff (m/f/d)

• You carefully prepare drinks and orders at the buffet – so that our guests are served quickly and satisfactorily
• You ensure friendly and attentive service at the bar and in the restaurant – so that our guests feel comfortable
• You keep the bar and buffet clean and tidy – because a well-kept workplace is important to us
• You ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations – for a clean and safe working environment

• You want to be part of a unique success story and are motivated to actively help shape new things
• You think ahead, contribute your own ideas and find effective solutions – in all areas
• Ideally, you have practical experience in service, at the bar or in the hospitality industry
• You understand and live hospitality – warmly and service-oriented
• You contribute to a positive, motivating working environment
• You practise your profession with noticeable passion and infectious enthusiasm
