Type of Work

• Management of client accounting including subsidiary ledgers for national and international companies
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to CO
• Payroll accounting as well as social insurances
• Preparation of VAT returns including reconciliations
• Preparation of tax returns for natural and legal persons
• Direct contact person for clients; support and advice for customers
• Participation in digitalisation and process optimisation

Requirements Profile

• Several years of professional experience in the fiduciary sector (for clerks without a professional certificate ideally over 10 years of fiduciary practice)
• Professional certificate in fiduciary or finance and accounting (or in training for it)
• Proficient in IT tools such as Abacus, Bexio, Dr. Tax as well as MS Office
• Confident German, English and French advantageous
• Independent, structured and service-oriented working style
• Team player, open and dynamic personality
