Your main tasks
- Clarification of facts including hearings of clients and persons involved in the proceedings
- Management of own files and editorial preparation of the authority's decisions under guidance and control
- Review of legal transactions in various legal areas beyond pure family law (inheritance law, real estate transactions, procedural law, contract law, etc.)
- Clarification of legal questions and provision of legal information in intake (telephone advisory service)
- Support of the specialist team and the office in legal and administrative tasks
- Preparation and minute-taking of authority meetings as well as follow-up
You bring with you
- University degree Mlaw (or close to completion)
- Experience in legal practice (e.g. short internships at the court or in a law firm)
- Interest in child and adult protection work, possibly proof of a corresponding study focus
- Responsible appearance and sensitivity in dealing with vulnerable people
- Quick comprehension, independent and structured way of working
- Enjoyment of a varied everyday life in a meaningful environment
