Your TasksYour Profile- Hairdressing treatments (washing, cutting, coloring, toning, styling), advising and caring for guests at 5* hotel spa level, orders in the hairdressing area (in collaboration with management)- Successfully completed vocational training and at least 1-2 years of professional experience in a comparable position in luxury hospitality in Switzerland, solid professional, industry, spa & hotel knowledge is an advantage- Guest reception & conducting treatments (massage and/or beauty) at 5* hotel spa level- A very high level of quality and responsibility awareness, polite manners, and a well-groomed appearance- Performing general administrative tasks and monthly inventory of sales and salon products- Very good computer skills in MS Office, Outlook, further computer knowledge in Protel & TAC is an advantage- Professional advice and sale of treatments as well as our exclusive spa product lines- A warm personality with empathy, positive charisma, and multitasking ability- Creating a safe, clean, and friendly environment for all guests- Team ability, physical resilience, and the willingness to go the extra mile and motivate others- Support at the spa reception and, if necessary, in the pool area during regular inspection rounds- Very good knowledge of German and English (spoken and written) and any other foreign language is an advantage
