Team Leader Cleaning in the Healthcare Sector (a)

In this versatile and exciting role, you support and relieve the operational units in our mandate as a team leader.

Working hours:
Monday to Sunday between 11:30 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
(flexible shifts)

Your main tasks:

- Cleaning of operating rooms, laboratories, and radiology
- Assistance in cleaning residents' rooms, common areas, corridors, and sanitary areas
- Special cleaning
- Machine cleaning
- Quality controls
- Maintenance of the outdoor area
- Management of work utensils
- Compliance with hygiene, quality, and safety regulations

Your profile:

- Professional experience in the cleaning industry
- Specialist in facility maintenance EFZ is an advantage
- Willingness to work weekends and evening shifts
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
- Neat appearance
- Residence in Basel, preferably the Liestal area
- Service-oriented and reliable
- Resilient and flexible
