I recently successfully completed my probationary period at ISS, and I’m very happy about it. From the very beginning, I was warmly welcomed into the team and quickly felt at home. Working with my colleagues is very pleasant, supportive, and professional. I also really enjoy my responsibilities, which offer varied and interesting challenges. I’m very satisfied with my work environment and the company culture, and I’m looking forward to continuing my career at ISS. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Right now, I'm completely happy with my job at ISS.

In my experience, a lot of things went very well at ISS. I was hired as a gardener through a temp agency and really enjoyed the work. The tasks were varied and interesting, and I was able to gain a lot of practical experience. I found working with my colleagues to be particularly positive. The team was helpful and respectful, and the work environment was pleasant. I also felt valued and treated fairly by my supervisors. Overall, I had a very positive experience at ISS and could have easily seen myself in a permanent position there. That’s why, in my view, there’s very little room for improvement.

In my view, many things are going very well at the company. I find the open and supportive corporate culture, the good collaboration between teams, and the professional onboarding of new employees particularly positive. In addition, communication, a willingness to help, and a positive work environment are actively fostered.

ISS Switzerland AG offers a stable work environment with clear processes and a wide range of job opportunities. Teamwork is generally effective, and the company culture is respectful. Job security and opportunities for internal career advancement are particularly positive aspects.

I see room for improvement primarily in internal communication and leadership style. Decisions could be more transparent, and the quality of leadership varies from place to place. Greater appreciation and a more open culture of feedback would significantly increase satisfaction.

Motivated employees are well-liked and are kind to one another

Over the past 10 years, there have been ups and downs, but things have generally been good.

I really value ISS as an employer and truly enjoy going to work. What I find particularly exciting is that we have many more areas of work than most people realize. Many people have no idea how broad ISS’s scope is and how many different roles we have. It’s exactly this variety that makes my day-to-day work so interesting and diverse. It’s great to see how many opportunities there are within a single company.

Working from home would be nice, but unfortunately it's not an option right now

Communication is friendly and professional. The application process is clearly structured and easy to understand. Overall, everything seems well organized.
