Are you passionate about technology? At ISS, you keep modern buildings running. As a building technician, you ensure that electrical systems or HVACSE systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitation, electrical) always function perfectly – for more comfort, safety and efficiency.

What to expect

• You operate and monitor technical systems and ensure smooth operation.
• During control and inspection rounds, you check technical systems as well as the managed properties.
• You detect defects early, document them and initiate the necessary measures to rectify them.
• You independently plan and coordinate inspections and maintenance work. You create, maintain and continuously update property, system and operational documentation. You systematically analyse malfunctions and carry out the necessary first interventions.
• You obtain quotes from external service providers and supervise the execution of the commissioned work.

What you bring

• You have completed vocational training in a technical field, preferably in HVAC, electrical or building technology.
• You already have professional experience in a comparable role, ideally in a demanding customer environment.
• You are very familiar with technical systems and their operation.
• You are comfortable using common MS Office applications.
• Thanks to your structured and independent way of working, you keep an overview even in hectic situations. Flexibility, resilience and organisational skills characterise you.
• You are willing to perform on-call duty and appreciate the associated responsibility.
