The Regional Nursing Center Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialized professional care and support in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) will be extensively modernized in the coming years through new construction and renovations, and supplemented with 86 new senior apartments.
The Dementia department currently offers space for 72 and in the future for 170 residents. The nursing departments are operated according to the three worlds model by Christoph Held. For the newly created position at the RPB location in Baden, we are looking for a qualified, reliable, and committed personality as
Professional Responsibility Nursing
Department Dementia, workload 80 – 100 %
In this role, you will support us:
- You will take on the professional leadership of the staff in the nursing department in consultation with the head of the nursing department and the nursing expert.
- You will ensure the care and support of our residents within the framework of relationship-based care, which includes professional and evidence-based nursing.
- You will reflect, review, and plan together with the head of the nursing department and the team adequate and sustainable implementation strategies for the professional development of the staff, e.g., consolidation of the nursing process, implementation of professional innovations, coaching of staff, etc.
- You will advise, empower, and support the nursing team in complex and challenging care situations.
- You will review work instructions, participate in projects, and conduct knowledge transfers in the nursing department.
- You will conduct regular case discussions in the nursing department.
- You will be involved in direct nursing and work in the Inko group.
What can convince us:
- You have completed training as a qualified nurse HF / FH with additional training CAS / DAS in the field of dementia or have completed a Bachelor's degree in nursing.
- You bring in-depth knowledge in validation and/or basic stimulation.
- You have already gained experience in professional leadership and can sustainably apply this for the benefit of the nursing department.
- You have experience in a comparable position, preferably in the long-term care sector.
- You enjoy implementing and accompanying change processes.
- You are an empathetic, innovative, flexible, and cheerful personality with a solution-oriented way of thinking and acting.
