Your tasks:
- Independent and reliable handling of the entire order and project processing – from order entry through procurement and schedule tracking to delivery
- Analysis of customer requirements and preparation of customised offers
- Competent contact person for our customers, suppliers, and the field service
- Purchasing and inventory management
- Master data maintenance
Your profile:
- Completed commercial or technical basic training. Applicants with technical basic training should additionally have commercial or business management further education
- Several years of experience in internal sales, especially in project administration
- Strong technical understanding and interest in technical products and their specifications
- Experience in purchasing
- Confident handling of ERP systems
- Independent, structured, and conscientious working style
- Strong communication skills, resilience, as well as team and social competence
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
