It produces its unique specialties in the highest quality and with fresh ingredients from the region as well as from renowned Swiss companies. To complement the team, it is looking for an independent and reliable personality to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Setting up, operating and monitoring production and filling systems
• Ensuring an efficient and trouble-free production process
• Troubleshooting and performing minor maintenance work
• Carrying out and documenting quality controls
• Cleaning and maintaining production equipment as well as adhering to hygiene and safety standards
• Deputising for the production department management in their absence
• Supporting the organisation, coordination and leadership of the production team
• Contributing to improvements in processes, equipment and workflows

Your profile

• Training as a plant operator, food or dairy technologist or comparable qualification or professional experience in a similar role
• Technical understanding and interest in modern production equipment
• High awareness of quality, hygiene and safety
• Good PC skills
• Good physical condition as well as reliable, precise and independent working style
• Team-oriented personality with leadership potential or initial leadership experience
• German: confident in style
