We are looking for a social worker for our counseling center in Schaffhausen starting May 1, 2026, or by arrangement.

Your Area of Responsibility
As a social worker, you provide resource- and solution-oriented counseling to people with physical, psychological, or cognitive disabilities. Equality and an inclusive society are important to you. You are professionally competent and a reflective personality; you handle the necessary administrative tasks confidently and reliably. As a communicative, resilient, and open person, you maintain a respectful and appreciative interaction with clients and within the team.
Your Profile
- Completed degree in social work
- Experience in social counseling, preferably for people with disabilities
- In-depth knowledge and experience in social insurance
- Basic knowledge in systemic counseling or willingness to acquire it
- Enjoyment of networking and teamwork
- Planning, organizational, and administrative skills
- Experience with new information and communication technologies
