We are looking for a social worker for our counseling center in Schaffhausen starting May 1, 2026, or by arrangement.

Your Area of Responsibility

As a social worker, you provide resource- and solution-oriented counseling to people with physical, psychological, or cognitive disabilities. Equality and an inclusive society are important to you. You are professionally competent and a reflective personality; you handle the necessary administrative tasks confidently and reliably. As a communicative, resilient, and open person, you maintain a respectful and appreciative interaction with clients and within the team.

Your Profile

Completed degree in social work
Experience in social counseling, preferably for people with disabilities
In-depth knowledge and experience in social insurance
Basic knowledge in systemic counseling or willingness to acquire it
Enjoyment of networking and teamwork
Planning, organizational, and administrative skills
Experience with new information and communication technologies
